Workshop17 is made up of 154 hot desks, 11 private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, spacious seminar rooms, an event space and a cafe (all with 24/7 security).

It offers a panoramic view of Table Mountain, above the working dry dock and harbour. Below Workshop17 is a curated design and craft market, so the space is surrounded by open and inspiring views and activity.
